At Lash-Bar Foula, only lash artists who are certified are working with passion to achieve all the client's need.
Your appointment is very important to us. For your relaxed and high quality experience at the salon, we have instituted the following policies.
Appointments can be made online, by calling, or through text. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
NO EYE MAKE UP before your appointment. Any eye make up would make extensions position harder to attach.
NO MASCARA before your appointment. Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions.
NO CURLER before your appointment. Extensions will not adhere to crimped lashes.
We always ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will be treated like a NO SHOW and charged the full service amount.
NO-SHOW / NO-CALL POLICY
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
We hope our clientele would have consideration to make changes with notice to us.
EMPLOYEE PROTECTION POLICY
We ask our clients to be respectful to all Lash Bar Foula's employees. If in any way Lash Bar Foula's employees are disrespected, clients will be denied their services at Lash Bar Foula at all times.
